The New Street Training Academy provide high-quality training and education in the field of aesthetic medicine. When enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Any cancellations determine reallocation and rescheduling of courses that may affect other bookings.

In some instances, courses may have to be cancelled as they may no longer be viable. Considering the aforementioned, our cancellation policy is detailed below. 

Course Deposits: All course fee deposits, are non-refundable-unless cancelled within 12 hours of payment. 

• 14 days prior to course date, = Mutually agreed rescheduling to another available date.
• 7-13 days prior to course date, = If we can fill your cancellation with another student, you will be offered a mutually agreed rescheduled date . If we are not able to fill your cancelled space, you will lose 100% of any/all monies paid.
• 1-6 days. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that we’ll be able to fill the course space. In this instance we are not able to reschedule, and you will lose any/all monies paid. 



1. In the instance of a rescheduled course, we are not able to accommodate a second cancellation,, in this instance, you will lose any/all monies paid.
2. Fee Differences: If the new course has a higher fee, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the new course has a lower fee, the difference will not be refunded.
3. Course Cancellation by The New Street Training Academy  In the rare event that we must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to transfer their fee to another course or receive a full refund.
4. Agreement to Terms: By enrolling in a course with The New Street Training Academy , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You also understand that these terms apply to all current and future course enrolments unless explicitly stated otherwise by The New Street Training Academy.
5. Changes to Terms & Conditions: The New Street Training Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct communication to you. Your continued enrolment in our courses following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
6. Regulations: Participating in our aesthetics training program will provide you with valuable knowledge and skills in the field. However, it’s important to note that we are not accountable for any adjustments in training content or methodology that may be necessitated by future changes in regulations. Should such regulatory changes occur, we cannot guarantee the provision of additional training or updates free of charge. Participants are encouraged to stay informed of industry regulations and standards to ensure their practices remain compliant.
